No disciplinary action against ANCL employees

The Chairman of Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Limited has withdrawn all disciplinary actions taken against employees who were interdicted and sent on compulsory leave for participating in a strike last week, Sunil Sendanayake, Secretary of the Jathika Sevaka Sangamaya (Lake House branch) said yesterday.

He urged all employees who faced such disciplinary action and all those who participated in the strike to return to work immediately.
