PA Govt only had Ad-hoc policies - Premaratne Gunasekara

L. B. A. Nawagattegama

While the UNP remains a symbol of construction and development, the PA Government has gained notoriety for demolition and destruction, Colombo District UNP candidate Premaratne Gunasekera told an election meeting in Homagama.

He further said: "Premadasa built 1.5 million houses for the homeless and the PA Housing Minister, Mangala Samaraweera destroys and demolishes everything. Hence while the UNP was a symbol of construction and development the PA Government has gained notoriety for demolition and destruction.

During the last seven years, people have been thrown from the frying pan to the fire.

Thousands of shortcomings have been undergone by the poor masses and three quarter of population in Sri Lanka are waiting for a chance to defeat the PA Government."

Gunasekera said the PA Government did not have a consistent development policy during the past seven years. They only had Ad-hoc policies.

"Our leader Ranil Wickremesinghe has a programme to develop the entire country." He asked the people to vote for the UNP for a better future for all.
