The Tamil Alliance is holding election campaign rallies in the LTTE held areas in the North and Eastern Provinces.

Several Minority Tamil Party leaders including TULF Leader R.Sambandan and TELO Leader N.Sri Kanta addressed meetings held in Kaddaparichchan, Chenaivur, Sampur, Sudakuda, Malaimundam, Patalipuram and Santhoshapuram.

The LTTE has warned other political parties except the Tamil Alliance not to campaign for the forthcoming elections in the unliberated areas.
