This mobile service has been implemented by the RVSA on the instructions of President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaratunga, in collaboration with the Community Legal Aid Project of the Justice Ministry, a RVSA spokesman told the Daily News yesterday. The mobile service has given priority to legal problems encountered by Rana Viru families. He said:" The RVSA conducts a welfare unit at its head office in Colombo to look into the problems faced by war heroes' families. Nearly 300 letters are received by the RVSA daily. Each letter is carefully read and the problems identified to provide immediate measures.
