Triple Jubilee of Wahakotte Shrine

The National Shrine of St Anthony, Wahakotte will celebrate the Triple Jubilee of the Church.

The Church will mark 325 years of devotion to St Anthony, the 125th year of the Parish Church (1888-2013) this year (1688 - 2013) and the 75th anniversary of the present Church (1938-2013).

His Lordship Most Rev Dr Vianny Fernando will be the chief celebrant at the evening Prayer Service today at 7 pm.

His Eminence Malcolm Cardinal Ranjith will be the officiating Prelate at the Pontifical High Mass tomorrow at 8.30 am.

Several Holy Masses will be held during the festival day from 6 am to evening.
