Easter Jazz Brunch at the Governors' Terrace

Sri Lanka's colonial heritage hotel on March 31 at 11am will be the place to be, when they surface a unique spread which will emphasize dishes from all across the world including Europe, America, Australia and Asia with a raw bar, creative salad corner, hot food displays and a children's corner with much activity for the them are a few to choose from.

The 2013 Easter jazz brunch will also have a Carving Station, sushi bar, entrees made to order, fresh pastries and a dessert bar with live Jazz by Norma n Jazz.

Easter Brunch 2013 menu and some of the items to choose from are Shrimp Ceviche and Tuna Martini's made to order, Assorted Organic Greens with a variety of dressings and condiments, Roasted beets with watercress & horseradish apple sauce (Sweden), Hot-smoked salmon, double cress & potato salad platter (UK), Hard-Cooked Eggs with Crisp Anchovy Crumbs (Italy) or Clams, Oysters and Shrimp with mignonettes, dressings and condiments on ice or Assorted Terrines & Charcuterie with pickles and condiments or Sashimi, Nigiri and Maki Rolls made to order.

From the action station one can plate up Greek Style roast lamb with Lemon & Garlic Herb Oil, Baked Country Ham with Honey Mustard (USA), Whole Baked Modha with Lemon and Garlic and Olive Oil (Italy), Roasted Duck with Port-Garlic Sauce (Italy) or Adobo Rubbed Roasted Chicken.
