President tells KDA convocation:
No time to relax, work hard
President Mahinda Rajapaksa said yesterday one
cannot afford to relax just because terrorism was defeated but
should work hard for the development of the country and national
security. He said it was the duty of all to work towards taking the
country to a top position in the world.
