SPICE FESTIVAL
 The World Spice Festival organised by the Sri Lanka Tourist Board was launched by Tourist Board Chairman Udaya Nanayakkara at the Colombo Hilton yesterday. (Above) a dance sequence by two famed Kandyan dancers which captivated the audience at the launching ceremony. (Below) Two chefs preparing culinary delights to soothe the taste buds of those present at the ceremony. During the festival which will be on till September 21 all participating hotels will open their doors to people from across the country to visit and savour culinary masterpieces from renowned international chefs.
