Dialog acquires MTT Networks

DIALOG Telekom, has concluded a deal for the acquisition of MTT Networks. The deal is set to be for US$ 19.2 million. MTT's portfolio also includes an external gateway license and a CDMA (code division multiple access) or low cost fixed line license.

Dialog plans to run MTT as separate entity, allowing it to cater to its existing clientele including other cellular operators and national television stations.

Director Chief Executive Officer Dialog, Dr. Hans Wijayasuriya has notified the Colombo Stock Exchange that the final conclusion of the acquisition of shares have been completed on the fulfillment of the conditions precedent to the transaction as stipulated.
