Browns Agriculture launches training for dealers

As one of the most respected premier conglomerates in providing agro mechanization knowledge in the country for over a hundred years, the Agriculture SBU of Brown & Company PLC is renowned in providing praiseworthy services to increasing the productivity and protect the farming community by creating an excellent technological and mechanical environment.

One of the significant aspects of Browns Agriculture SBU is the island-wide dealer network spread across facilitating efficient services to maintain a closer relationship with the customers. In order to look after the farming community which provides food for the country, Browns Agriculture SBU has implemented many programmes to strengthen and develop its business partners.

As a part of this agenda, Browns Agriculture SBU has partnered Dhammika Kalapuge, a specialist in the development of human resources to carry out training programmes for its dealer network on the importance and improvement of service quality in their respective store.

The facilitator Dhammika Kalapuge has a reputation for conducting inspirational programmes over the last decade both in Sri Lanka and overseas. A qualified marketer by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), he has conducted a vast number of programmes to many private and public institutions, mostly to achieve service quality excellence.

These training programmes would be conducted to the TAFE Dealers all over Sri Lanka. The first session was held on June 13, in Dambulla for the dealers in the North, Wayamba and Trinco areas whilst the second session is scheduled to be held on the 20th June 2013 in Udawalawa for the dealers in the East and Southern parts of Sri Lanka.
