USA's Cushman and Wakefield to market Krrish outlets
Cushman and Wakefield Inc, USA which is a annual US$ one billion
company with over 10,000 employees have been appointed to market Krrish
towers retail outlets.
M S Kazuko Morgan, Executive Vice Chairman who was in Colombo last
week said that they have spoken to many global retailers who have
responded very positively. Cushman and Wakefield is the world's largest
privately held commercial real estate services firm. The company advises
and represents clients in all aspects of property occupancy and
investment and has established a permanent position in the world's major
markets, as evident by its frequent involvement in many of the most
significant property leases, sales and assignments. Founded in 1917 it
has 235 offices in 60 countries and more than 14,000 employees.
The firm has more than $5.5 billion in assets under management
through its wholly-owned subsidiary Cushman and Wakefield Investors.
Morgan said, "We have may new famed global retail companies who wish
to set up shops in the proposed Krrish towers." There also would be
space for 80 shops for offer.
She said the rapid development taking place in Sri Lanka has been
praiseworthy and had helped them attract these retailers. "We will make
Colombo the most sought after stopping destination in the world," she
added. |
