Devapathiraja overcome Vijayaba NS by 112 runs

Devapathiraja College Rathgama opened their under 15 division two tournament with a 112 run win against Vijayaba National School Hungama at the Rathgama public grounds recently.

Batting first the home team made 213 runs for the loss of nine wickets in their alloted fifty overs. Operner Aviska Chenuka scored 54 runs Muditha Hashan, Raveena Sulakshana and Supun Devinda captured two wickets each.

The lads from Hungama were restricted to 101 runs in 35.2 overs. Sasindu Sathsara captured three wickets while Kavindu Keshara topped the score card with 32.
