Softlogic Finance PLC announced the conclusion of
its latest securitization transaction that will enable the company
to access funding of Rs500 million to grow and develop the business
of the company for the current quarter.

John Keells Group posts Rs 15.78 bn PBT for FY 2012/13
John Keells Holdings PLC released its Interim
Results for the fourth quarter and twelve months ended March 31,
2013. For the financial year 2012/13, John Keells Group revenue was
Rs 85.56 billion, this being a 10 percent increase over the revenue
of Rs 77.69 billion recorded in the previous year. Group profit
before tax (PBT) was Rs15.78 billion, this being a 23 percent
increase over the PBT of Rs12.82 billion recorded in the previous
year.
