A woman who pleaded guilty to selling arrack without a permit was fined Rs 15,000 by Dambulla district Magistrate Sanjeewa Ramyasiri. The Police told court that the woman is a well-known hooch distiller in the Dambulla police division. Dambulla Police led evidence.
