MillenniumIT appoints new CEO

Millennium Information Technologies(MillenniumIT) part of diversified international exchange business, London Stock Exchange Group ('LSEG'), is delighted to announce the appointment of John Mackay 'Mack' Gill, as its new CEO.

Mack joins MillenniumIT from global technology group, SunGard Data Systems Inc., where he was Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy.

Prior to this, Mack held a number of senior roles at SunGard, including President of SunGard Global Technology and President of SunGard Global Services. Mack holds an MA in International Relations from Yale University and a BA in International Relations from the University of British Columbia. He is also Treasurer and a Board Director of the International Association of Financial Engineers (IAFE).

As MillenniumIT CEO, Mack would be responsible for all aspects of MillenniumIT, including strategy. He would be a member of the LSEG global Leadership Team and would report directly to Antoine Shagoury, LSEG COO and CIO.

He would also work closely with Tony Weeresinghe, Non Executive Chairman, supporting his Global Business Development role. Mack would be based in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
