‘No delay of teachers’ salary payment’

Education Minister Bandula Gunawardena yesterday stated in Parliament
that salaries to teachers have been paid on time without delay.
He said nobody has complaint of a salary delay. He said all measures
have been taken to pay teachers’ salaries.
The minister made this observation in response to a question raised
by UNP MP Akila Viraj Kariyawasam.
