Underage girl molested

A youth who allegedly sexually abused his juvenile girl friend was arrested by Galle Neluwa Police. The suspect is a resident of Panvila, Panagoda.

The underage girl following telephone contact with the youth had an affair with him and had visited him at his village and consequently lived with him for several days, police investigations reveal.

Medical examination revealed that the girl had been sexually abused.

Neluwa Police who made the arrest are investigating.
