Sir John Kothalawala College, Kurunegala beat Wayamba Royal College
by six wickets in their rain affected annual limited over cricktet
encounter for the DFCC Trophy woked off at the Welagedara Stadium,
Kurunegala last Saturday. DFCC bank sponsored the annual cricket
encounter.
Wayamba Royalists won the toss and decided to bat first. They were
skittled out for 110 runs in the 25th over. Y. Kamal was the top scorer
for them and contributed 36 runs. Wayamba Royal College scored 115 for
five wickets in 24.5 overs with N. Nayanajith top scoring (41 runs).
