Vazians win by 67 runs

Joseph Vaz College beat Bandaranayake Vidyalaya, Gampaha by 67 runs and recorded their second successive win in the inter-schools under 19 limited overs match played at Gampaha. Batting first Vazians scored 246 runs with gloveman Rukshan Fernando making the top score of 73 runs. Janith Nadimal took 3 for 33 for the homesters.

In reply Bandaranayake Vidyalaya were all out for 179 runs with T Madushanka scoring 45 runs and skipper Kasun Vidura claiming 3 for 47.
