OMVSC beat Samagi SC

Old Moratu Vidyalian Sports Club beat Samagi Sports Club, Puttalam by innings and 31 runs in their inter-club division two tournament cricket match for the Donavan Andree Trophy conducted by Sri Lanka Cricket and played at Moratuwa. The match ended at 12 noon. OMVSC batting first scored 205 runs and opener Thilan Kavishka scored 48 runs and Crishan Rodrigo claiming 6 for 58 for the visitors and in reply Samagi Sports Club were bowled out for 67 runs with former Vidyalian skipper Kalhara Peiris capturing 6 for 34 and following on visitors were all out for 107 runs. Chandika Amerasinghe bagged 5 for 45 for the homesters.
