Fines on youths with heroin

Four youths with 80 milligrams of heroin were arrested by Ingiriya Police. Three youths were fined Rs 5,000 each by Horana Magistrate Mahinda Ranasingha while the other was fined Rs 10,000.

They are residents of Ingiriya, Horana and Ellagawa.

The suspects were nabbed in Boralugoda and Uurugala.
