Rocell sells its share in Asia Siyaka Commodities

Sri Lankan tile manufacturer Royal Ceramics Lanka (Rocell), has sold its share in Asia Siyaka Commodities to Lanka Commodity Brokers Limited at Rs. 2.80 a share. A corporate disclosure filed in the Colombo Stock Exchange announced that Rocell being a major shareholder of Asia Siyaka had sold 33,150,000 of its shares.
