Lorry topples killing two

Two persons died in an accident at Kidelpitiya Junction on the
Bandaragama - Piliyandala road yesterday morning.
A lorry heading in the direction of Piliyandala went out of control
and toppled killing two and injuring seven, the Police said.
Another seven persons injured in the incident were admitted to the
Kalubowila Hospital.
The victims were among a group returning in the lorry after
harvesting crop. |
