Elephant House awards thirst quenchers

Those who drink Elephant House Ginger Beer (EGB), Elephant House Cream Soda, Elephant House Necto, Elephant House Orange Barley, Elephant House Orange Crush and KIK Cola were recently rewarded in a big way, when a lucky consumer got more than her thirst quenched as she won a Maruti 800 car.

Additionally, another lucky consumer walked away with a coveted, new Yamaha FZ-S motorbike.

The first draw of the Elephant House 'Under the Moodiya' consumer promotion awarded a Maruti 800 car to M.D. Elen Mendis of Maharagama, while the winner of the Yamaha FZ-S motorbike was R.M. Samantha Ratnayake of Pilimatalawa, which was held recently.

However, this is not the end of big rewards for drinkers of the Elephant House soft drinks range. There is still one more that will take place, the Grand Draw, will take place on March 31, 2013.

And winners of this upcoming draw will walk away with a Suzuki DZire Sedan, one more Maruti 800 car and three more Yamaha FZ-S motorbikes. This is in addition to the Samsung smartphones, Galaxy Tabs, iPods, cash prizes and free soft drinks already being awarded on an a daily basis as instant 'Under the Moodiya' prizes.

Further, people are encouraged to keep drinking Elephant House soft drinks for a chance to win. All entries received from the very beginning of the promotion, until the final cutoff date of March 31, 2013, will be eligible for the final Grand Draw.

Commenting on the 'Under the Moodiya' consumer promotion, Jit Gunaratne, President of John Keells Holdings Consumer Foods Sector, said "This promotion has stirred up a great deal of anticipation and excitement and our loyal customers are being rewarded with valuable prizes, so the more they enjoy our soft drinks, the more they stand to win!"
