SLIIT to confer degrees on 1,144 graduands

SLIIT held its convocation yesterday, February 14 and today 15, at the SLIIT auditorium at the Malabe campus. Six distinguished personalities locally and abroad would deliver the convocation addresses during the six planned sessions.

SLIIT academics, distinguish guests, graduands and their parents would adorn this grand occasion. SLIIT has produce over 7,000 graduates in IT and its related fields and further 14,000 IT professionals to date, making a significant contribution to the country’s fifth largest export earner the IT/BPO industry.

SLIIT conducts a wide range of programmes for bachelor’s and master’s degrees in the sphere of Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering and Hospitality Management, making it the largest degree awarding institute in the country.
