Pakistan PM greets Sri Lankan counterpart

Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf has felicitated Prime Minister D.M. Jayaratne to mark Sri Lanka’s 65th Independence day on February 4.

In his message of greetings to his Sri Lankan counterpart, Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf expressed confidence that the close ties of friendship and cooperation which characterize the relations between the two countries would continue to be strengthened in the times to come. The Prime Minister extended his best wishes for the health and well-being of Prime Minister D.M. Jayaratne and for the continued progress and prosperity of the people of Sri Lanka.
