Economic Development Minister Basil Rajapaksa launched the Lucky
Homes Private Limited company’s web site recently at Hotel Galadari
recently.
He said that the country was gaining tremendous progress in the
aftermath of the three decade conflict, which devastated the country and
its people.
He said that all stakeholders, including artistes and professionals
made their contribution for the freedom of the country. The Minister was
speaking at the launch of Lucky Homes Pvt Limited, specializing in
housing constructions, real estate solutions and eco friendly property
Development.
Chairman, Lucky Homes Private Limited, Captain Sumith Kalawila, said
that some companies in the construction industry had compromised the
basic components of their industry and quality standards.
He was of the view that many stakeholders in the industry had ignored
the creativity and efficiency of the industry.
He said that Sri Lanka had inherited a construction culture since
ancient times, adding that Lucky Homes which focused on efficiency,
quality standards and a high degree of creativity, aimed to provide the
customers a total real estate package, but in a flexible manner. |
