SriLankan to increase frequency to Kuala Lumpur?

SriLankan Airlines is to add an additional frequency to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia soon.

An official from the airline said that this is to fill the void created due to the budget carrier Air Asia pulling out from Colombo. The airline operated on a daily frequency.

He said that currently the airline does not have a daily frequency. "However according to the demand we can increase the capacity,"he said. He also mulled a stop over at Malaysian capital via Singapore or operate to a new destination from Kuala Lumpur which would make it a more commercially viable flight.
