Lucky Homes would invest over Rs 600 million in the mega housing
project, Sheavens Residencies Piliyandala. Hemalal Priyankara CAO Lucky
Homes told Daily News Business that this project is an unique concept
and specially targets young executives working in Colombo and the
suburbs.
The 50 unit modern housing complex, Sheavens Residencies would come
up just two and a half kilometres off Peliyandala town just 17 kms from
Colombo. Priyankara said this would therefore be ideal for busy
executives and others who travel to Colombo on business and employment.
He also hinted that the price structure would be at a relatively
approachable range when compared to the high property prices in Colombo.
The 50 unit complex would come up in four designs and consist of
state of the art amenities such as a swimming pool, two badminton
courts, a daycare centre, a supermarket and gymnasium all of
international standards.
He said the two badminton courts would be constructed to the highest
standards and if the need arises could be even used at international
sports events in the future.
Also it would be offered to schools in the vicinity on concessionary
