Caught with stolen motorcycle

On a complaint made to Wennappuwa Police by Marian C Sumedha Fernando regarding the theft of his motorcycle worth Rs 1, 70,000, a suspect, a resident of Galawatta, Bandirippuwa, Wennappuwa, was apprehended along with the motorcycle by the Police.

The motorcycle was parked in front of the complainant's workplace at Dummaladeniya, Wennappuwa.

The suspect was taken into custody by Inspector Lakruwan and other officers attached to the Wennappuwa Police.

The suspect will be produced before the Marawila magistrate.
