Mayura Fernando resigns from Softlogic Finance

Softlogic Finance PLC Director and Chief Executive Officer Mayura Fernando has tendered his resignation both as Director and Chief Executive Officer with effect from January 31, 2013.

Nalin Wijekoon who presently serves as a Director and the Deputy Chief Executive Officer has been selected by the Board of Directors to succeed as the Chief Executive Officer with effect from February1, 2013.

Shihan Nanayakkara, the Deputy General Manager -Operations has been selected for appointment as the Chief Operating Officer with effect from February 1, 2013.
