Matale PS budget passed

Matale Pradeshiya Sabha has recorded a historic victory in passing its budget for 2013. Pradeshiya Sabha Chairman Kapila Hendeniya said. All the members representing the ruling party and the opposition unanimously endorsed the budget proposals.

He said, “we are working according to the Mahinda Chinthanaya which says that for the benefit of the nation, we must work in unity and understanding. We support each other irrespective of party and social level. We must give our best possible support to the President to reach his target to make the country the Wonder of Asia, he said.
