Matugama PS budget passed
The Matugama Pradeshiya Sabha budget for 2013
was passed with a majority of four votes at a special meeting
recently. Seven members were absent. UPFA member Sriyanada
Wickremathanthri voted against the budget. UNP member Hinton Maddege
