Motorcycle thieves released after compromise
Three suspects who stole a motorcycle worth Rs
150,650 were ordered to be released by Horana Magistrate Mahinda
Ranasinghe after they agreed to pay Rs 75,000 as compensation to the
motorcycle owner. Police said the motorcycle was stolen while the
owner and his friend were having a bath at Parewithota Ella,
Ingiriya.
