Heavy fine on hooch seller

A man who pleaded guilty to possessing 3,750 ml of kasippu, 2,000 ml of goda and distilling equipment was fined Rs 24,000 by Matugama Chief Magistrate Daminda Ramanayake Weligodapitiya.

Mahakumarage Premadasa of Kelinda Colony, Agalawatte was produced before the magistrate by Baduraliya Police.
