Rain spoils Lumbini – Sastrala match

The inclement weather spoiled the inter-school under-13 division one
cricket tournament match between Ananda Sastralaya and Lumbini Vidyalaya
which was worked off at Petersons grounds. Sastralians electing to bat
and were all out for 80 runs with H Lankara and M Srinanda claiming 3
for 14 and 3 for 20 respectively.
When the play was stopped Lumbini were 39 for 3 with Sama Nimantha
unbeaten on 25 runs.
