Mobil powers Blue, Gold and Blue Schools Volleyball Championship
The Blue, Gold and Blue Western Province Invitation Schools
Volleyball Championship 2012, organized jointly by the Royal College
Colombo and the Royal College Union Volleyball Advisory Committee, will
get underway on October 27 and 28, at the Royal College grounds,
Colombo.

This is the fifth year that this tournament is conducted with the
prime objective of generating great interest among the schools of the
Western Province towards the national game.
Mobil Lubricant Oil, a prominent promoter of sports has come forward
to sponsor the Blue, Gold and Blue Championship as the Principal Sponsor
for the second consective time. The tournament will be conducted in four
age groups for boys; under 12, 15, 17,19 and only under 19 for the
girls.
The organizing committee is expecting, around 100 teams from all
parts of the western province to take part in this event and expressed
their gratitude to Mobil Lubricant oil for their generous support in
this effort to uplift the status of schools volleyball.
