PHOTON Technologies adds 100th CCD-Colour Sorter

PHOTON Technologies (pvt) Ltd which provides state-of-the art equipment with comprehensive technical and the technological support in the Medical, Research, Industrial and Agricultural sectors recently celebrated its achievement of adding the 100th CCD-Color Sorter to the local rice production market.

To share its success with the company's valued customers, stakeholders and state agricultural officials the company held a gala celebratory gathering at Hotel 'Sudu Araliya' in Polonnaruwa.

The company initiated in 2010 has made impressive strides in the short span of two years and today is seen as a synonym for customer"focused processes, innovative technologies, premium products and services in the above sectors.

At a time when rice producers in the country are trying to access foreign markets with their imports, CCD Colour sorters helps their efforts by removing unwanted material from the rice whilst enhancing their colour to make the output on par with international standards, the company said.

PHOTON believes that their Colour Sorter machines imported from China will help local rice producers to enhance the quality of their produce to export level standards and thereby increase their business potential.

The celebrations in Polonnaruwa was attended by PHOTON's valued customers, high ranking officials of the Agricultural Department, other stakeholders and the media.
