Hiruni Prabhashwari is an innocent sweet-natured girl who is just 21.

Sampath Sri Roshan, a young and energetic artist is directing the drama
while production is done by Nuwan Sanjeewa.“This is not another
teledrama which will waste your time. But this possesses a very valuable
theme emphasizing the importance of human qualities and family bonds
despite social status and economic capability.

without breaking parents’ hearts. I really wanted to enrich society by
highlighting humanity and family relationships through this drama,” said
Roshan at the muhurath ceremony of the drama.Being the eldest actor of
the drama, Sathischandra Edirisinghe stressed that he is really happy to
see the talents of these young artistes with an inspiring teledrama.
“We are living in a country where good teledramas are not being done
often. So we seek meaningful and culture based quality dramas. We need
both art and trade, so it is the talent of the director and artistes to
balance between the aesthetic sense and commercial purpose. Whatever art
we do, we have to be concerned over our cultural values, literary values
and aesthetic aspects. Then only we can create a perfect piece of art,”
he noted.
Hiru Thaniwela Ahase is based on the story of Hiruni who goes through
a lot of difficulties but still could achieve her dream love story.
Though she is a fatherless girl, her mother took care of her and made
her a perfect character. Finally Hiruni gets to know who her father is.
She loses her mother and later falls in love with Raveen. Hiruni and
Raveen face a lot of difficulties and finally they achieve what they
hope. |
