The able skipper fourth year coloursman Randika Warnapura is a leading player in the schools today playing in the centre position and scored the most number of tries this season. His deputy Pivithuru Wijerathne a third year coloursman playing in number eight was an asset to the skipper and he rarely misses a conversion.

A special mention could be made about Dulaj Rathnayake who too had many conversions. A second year player Kasun Rajakaruna is the winger and the fastest player in the team. A third year coloursman and scrum half Chanuka Dananjaya is very active in the field from the word go.

The man behind this success is S M C Samarakoon the coach who coached the Cambrians before seven years ago and took up the challenge again in 2012. He was a former member of the Police Rugby team and presently the Manager of the Police team.

The Master in Charge and Prefect of Games is Susantha Mendis and the new Principal Sampath Weragoda and both of them extended their fullest co-operation, assistance and guidance and encouragement to the Cambrian team.
