Local A-Level English Literature revision lectures

The British Council Library is organising a series of A-Level English Literature revision lectures for the benefit of the students sitting for their local A-Level examinations this year.

The lectures will be conducted by well-respected literature lecturers from the University of Sri Jayewardenapura. Four lectures will be held on the following subjects: Novel, Poetry, Drama, and Short Story, as follows:

Novel, June 29 from 9 am to 1 pm - Lecture conducted by Dr. Kishani Pilapitiya

Poetry, June 29 from 2 pm to 6 pm - Lecture conducted by Vihanga Perera

Drama, June 30 from 9 am to 1 pm - Lecture conducted by Dilini Walisundera

Short story, June 30 from 2 pm to 6 pm - Lecture conducted by Dr. Sureshika Piyasena

The lectures will be held on Friday June 29 and Saturday June 30 at the Buddhist Cultural Centre Auditorium, No.32, Sambuddha Jayanthi Mawatha, Colombo 5.
