World Environment Day celebrated by the Green Team

A tree planting initiative observing World Environment Day brought
together members of the Green Team at MLH and the Railway Station at
Mount Lavinia.
"We too cut a path to a more sustainable future and greener economy
by celebrating World Environment Day," MLH General Manager Anura
Dewpaura said.
The community development arm of the Green Team at MLH sits amongst
four other teams that highlight sustainability and conservation on areas
of Water, Energy, Waster and Procurement. Each month the Green Teams
initiate a conservation and sustainable project to lend a hand to the
community or to the environment. |
