SriLankan to operate daily flights to China from July 15

Sri Lankan Airlines will operate daily flights to China from July 15. This will increase the present frequency per week to 18 covering three destinations in China SriLankan Airline Chairman, Nishantha Wickramasinghe told Daily News yesterday. He said that China is a key market to the airline since over 53 million passengers travel each year.

Amaya Leisure records net turnover of Rs 831 m

Amaya Leisure PLC recorded a net turnover of Rs 831 million, a 24 percent growth from last financial year figure of Rs 668 million. However, the company recorded a dip in PAT recording Rs 312 million as against Rs 473 million from last year a negative growth of 34 percent.
