Randeniya, Chamika bag medals
Two more bronze medals for Sri Lanka:
Supun Viraj Randeniya (men’s 110 metres hurdles -
13.94 seconds) and R A Chamika Jayamini (women’s 3000 metres steeple
chase- 10 minutes 55.76 seconds) added two more bronze medals to the
Sri Lankan medal count on the third day of the 15th Asian Junior
Athletic Championships which continued at the Sugathadasa Stadium
yesterday.

Royal remain unbeaten
Defending Champions Royal College , Colombo
staved off a strong challenge from St.Peter's College Colombo to
emerge victorious by 25 – 21 and keep their unbeaten record intact
in their Singer segment one ‘A’ division rugby match played before a
large crowd at the Royal Sports Complex on Saturday.
