NCP poll can go ahead
Court vacates injunction filed by UNP Councillor:
The North Central Province Civil Appeals high
Court yesterday issued an order to vacate the injunction imposed on
the Governor and the Chief Minister staying the dissolution of the
North Central Provincial Council. UNP Provincial Councillor Anil
Ratnayake filed a petition against the dissolution of the NCP before
the due date.
