Man with blue film fined

A man who was found guilty of possessing a blue film was fined Rs. 1,500 by Dambulla district magistrate S.J. Morawaka recently.

The accused was P.D. Aruna Cyril, a resident in the same area. Dambulla Police prosecuted.
