With more than 230 dishes to choose from, the fine dining restaurant known for its extensive menu and spacious surroundings, will no doubt be the hub for those who are adventurous enough to experiment with something new as well as have a laid back time with friends and family.

"We try to change or menu every eight to nine months. The consistency and quality of the food we serve keeps us apart from other restaurants," said Chef La Brooy.

Most of UK's hot favourites have been given a new twist by varying the combinations of ingredients. Half of the dishes in the new menu are new additions. The menu is inspired by the Italian, Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, Malaysian, Thai, European and Middle Eastern cuisine. Popular deluctables such as burgers, pizzas and sandwiches have been infused with a new touch.

Reasonably priced, the 25 page menu comprises starters/snacks, soups/salads, sandwiches/wraps, burgers, pizzas, pastas/risottos, sushi, sashimi and roti. There are over 30 dishes for vegetarians to choose from and a special place has been reserved for dishes suitable for children. Their hot and cold beverages too have been revamped to suit customer tastes.

The Vietnamese rice paper rolls available in a choice of fillings including prawn, chicken and vegetable is another yummy delicacy that needs to be tried out by foodies.

Roasted tomato soup served with spiced feta cheese and croutons is the perfect start to a meal. Fuji ramen consisting of seafood noodle soup base topped with prawns, squid, crab stick, hard boiled egg, tofu, bamboo, shoots, wakame seaweed, fish cake, baby spinach and spring onions.
