Chef Aree Jitman, known to diners as “Mama” presents a signature roast duck and vegetable soup. An appetizing addition to this month’s menu infused with rich flavours, the soup makes a perfect starter. The artistic lagoon crab in Thai chilli sauce oozes distinctive character and flavours that gives this dish that extra zing.

The ensemble is specially created by Chef Aree Jitman whose home style cooking adds warmth to Royal Thai providing you with a cosy and enjoyable evening.
