popularly known as Chef Jason brings together a Xi Hu Beef soup laced
with Chinese wine. Rich in flavour, the Chinese wine represents a true
authenticity to this dish. A key ingredient in Chinese cooking, the wine
compliments the slow cooking of the beef creating a tender and succulent
beef soup.
