Natarajasana double
There are several poses which you can do with a partner in yoga
history. We present the Natarajasana - Lord Shiva's pose today.

We have presented steps on how to do the asana alone in one of our
pervious articles.
You can do this pose in a different manner with a colleague.
Step 1: Stand erect facing each other. Stretch your left hand
forward and touch your palm with your partner's right palm.
Breathe in and out and stay in this pose for about five seconds.
Step 2: Lift your right leg up and grab your ankle with your
right hand.
Your partner should grab his or her left ankle with his left hand.
Stay in this pose for about seven seconds. Now perform this asana to
the other side of the body. Relax.
